SundayBuild provides an AI-powered informational tool that helps California homeowners explore construction financing options. The Service generates recommendations based on information you provide and publicly available data about financing products.
By using the Service, you grant SundayBuild a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, and display information and content you provide through the Service, including for purposes of developing, improving, and commercializing the Service and related products and services.
You acknowledge and agree that SundayBuild may collect, aggregate, anonymize, and analyze data from your use of the Service to create insights, reports, benchmarks, and other derivative works. SundayBuild may use and share such materials for any lawful business purpose, including commercial purposes, without further notice or compensation to you.
THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TAX, INVESTMENT, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. The information provided through the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SUNDAYBUILD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDAYBUILD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNDAYBUILD’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SundayBuild and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
