What's included
Is this a loan pre-approval?
No. A SundayBuild Plan is decision-support you bring to a licensed California mortgage broker, lender, or financial advisor. We don’t originate loans, take lender referral fees, or promise any rate or term.
Where do the lenders come from?
Our directory of California construction, HELOC, and renovation lenders — filtered for your county, project type, and contractor status. Every lender name in your plan matches a row in our directory; we don’t invent names, and we have no financial relationship with any lender listed.
Does this work outside California?
Not yet. The regulatory, permit, and cost landscape is California-specific, and so is the lender directory. Coverage expansion isn’t on the near-term roadmap.
What if I’m not happy with my plan?
7-day refund window, no questions asked. Email us and we’ll refund the charge.
How do I start?
Complete the intake on the home page, have a real conversation with the advisor, then click “Generate my plan” when you’re ready.
